WDMESC: Poverty Simulation
Spend a day in the life of a hard-working family who struggles to make ends meet. Along the way, you'll encounter how basic life events can stand in the way of true self sufficiency. During the simulation, participants role-play the lives of low-income families from single parents trying to care for their children to senior citizens trying to maintain their self-sufficiency on Social Security. Equip yourself with the knowledge and understanding to help families and change lives.
