Mary Claire Hyatt (ADE attorney) will give an overview of Section 504 and special education law from referral to dispute resolution and everything in between, including dyslexia, discipline, and student attendance. She will cover the most common mistakes and answer any questions/concerns. TESS Components addressed in this training include: 1a, 1e, 2c

For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium the fee has been waived. All other participants including nurses and paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee.
