NWAESC(2246)---TALENTS: Instructional Leadership in the Classroom
Second and third year novice teachers are invited to join Solution Tree's John Wink in a deep dive into the 22 components of the Danielson Framework to increase their understanding of TESS and how its proper implementation will support each student in the classroom. This 2-day session will look at how Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs can also be appliable to the needs of teachers and students in the classroom. Instructional strategies and classroom management tips will be highlighted. These extremely informative days will better prepare teachers for scoring high on observations and evaluations by their administrators. Lunch is provided.
