WDMESC: Indistar/SHI Health and Wellness Workday
This will be a workday for district and school Wellness Committee members and/or chairs to receive guidance on completing the Health and Wellness form in Indistar. Assistance will also be provided in entering results of schools’ SHI reports into the online version of the program. The CHNS will be available to assist any school or district who has not used the online version before in properly completing the SHI, as well as to assist all schools or districts who may need guidance in completion of the SHI including selecting the appropriate criteria, completing required modules, and completing the plan for improvement.
Participants are not required to stay for the entire day.
