Onboarding New ADE Team Members
Public School Accountability



This 2-hour professional learning event will be an opportunity for you to familiarize yourself with the newly released ADE Onboarding Model.  An overview of the onboarding resources will be the topic of discussion with an emphasis on personalizing the resources to meet the specific needs of your division/unit.


Attendance at this event is highly recommended for all supervisors and for designated team members who will be critical components of the support system for your new employees.  Please invite select administrative assistants and team members whom you may identify as effective buddy/mentors.


Please bring your laptops and smiles, and be ready to assist in developing plans to effectively onboard new employees.




Important Session Information:


Prior to this event, reflect on your current practices and bring with you what a new team member should be able to "know and do" by 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months.

This will be a work session in which you will be collaborating with other team members to personalize resources for your division/unit.  Bring any resources that will aid you in this process.

Please bring your laptop and be ready to learn together!!
