This is the first day of a 3-day training during 2019-2020 for Year 2 novice teachers. Dr. Tina Boogren from Solution Tree will be facilitating all Year 2 NT sessions. Participants will implement learning topics after each session and share successes and challenges in-between sessions in digital forums. On day 1 of the academy, Year 2 Novice Teachers will be trained in the requirements of the NT Mentoring system, including use of the digital forum and how to access monthly reflections. Two options are provided for this day of training and novices may attend either: Sept. 19 OR Sept. 20.
The only requirement for Year 2 Novices prior to the September training date is to complete the ""Information Needed"" form which can be accessed from the district project director, from the Arch Ford Novice Teacher Site, or by emailing julie.workman@archford.org.
All domains & components of the FfT will be addressed.
