WDMESC: Dyslexia: What Classroom Teachers Need to Know
This session is designed to give classroom teachers a better understanding of what dyslexia is and the indicators that a student might be dyslexic, rationale for screening, and multi-sensory methods for assisting children who are identified. We will review Arkansas' law and resource guide with special emphasis on each classroom teacher's role in implementing those mandates.
