This will be the first session of the Chemistry/Physical Science meetings that will involve all aspects of teaching Chemistry in high school. The purpose of this PLC will be to build a community of teacher leaders who can provide support to one another and to novice teachers. Most chemistry teachers in the Arch Ford region are the only chemistry teachers in their district. This groups should be able to provide a framework for unit building, help increase in content knowledge, and develop common formative assessments across the region.
