Adding STEM and Econ to Your Classroom: Inventors and Entrepreneurs



This workshop provides a perfect backdrop for this fun-filled professional development. It will be hosted at Willis D. Shaw's Wonderlab in the Springdale School District. 

Educators will participate in activities that are classroom ready STEM challenges. To tie in economics, the workshop will compare and contrast inventors and entrepreneurs and their impacts on our economy.

Each participant will receive:

  • 2 hours of approved professional development credit
  • The Marvelous Things that Came from a Spring: The Accidental Invention of the Toy that Swept the Nation by Gilbert Ford
  • STEM Challenges
  • Light Snacks
  • $25 stipend
