BENTON - RISE 3-6 DAY 5 FOR GRADES 5-6 AND 5-12 SPED
Participants will examine factors that affect reading comprehension. Effective methods for teaching comprehension will be reviewed. Comprehension is a product of decoding and language comprehension. Participants will understand that weakness in comprehension cannot be addressed until the weaknesses n the subskills of reading are identified and remediated.
