ARESC-Behavioral Event Interview Process Training-Day 1 on the Series
The Behavioral Event Interview Process is just that. A process. This Training Series consists of two F2F days of training, 1 online module, and 1 day of meeting competencies. Please register for the two face-to-face days.
Day 1:
This session will provide an introduction to Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) Training and the research behind it. Participants will participate in exploring the competencies and components of conducting a B.E.I. The afternoon consists of demonstrations of the process and scoring practice opportunities.
