New year 1 novice teachers from districts participating in the Arch Ford Mentoring System will attend a 3-day Academy throughout the 2020-2021 school year. Participants will attend two consecutive days of training in the summer and one day in spring of 2021. Training includes the following topics: TESS, Domain Study, EdReflect functionality, writing actionable PGP goals, and classroom management. Attendance all day for each of the 3 days is expected.
Day 1 will be onsite at Arch Ford, and Day 2 will be virtual, via Zoom. A link will be sent to you by email prior to the date of the Day 2 session. If you have questions; please contact karen.norton@archford.org
