This session is a continuation of the information provided on Day 1 of Self-Care. It is highly recommended that you attend Day before attending Day 2. Day 2 will focus on Levels 3 - 6 of the Self-Care hierarchy based on the work of Dr. Tina Boogren and will help you examine your habits in the areas of Belonging, Esteem, Self-Actualization, and Transcendence as they relate to your work as an educator. This is a hands-on workshop, where you will not just learn about how to build healthy self-care habits, but will experience them. Dress comfortably and come ready to do some work on your own well-being!
