This session is designed to help administrators who are ready to implement a school-wide discipline system in order to better support teachers in handling student behavior. We will discuss using tools such as creating a school-wide matrix with expectations for students in each area of the building, positive ways to teach and reinforce students for meeting expectations, and how to design systems of support for students who are struggling. We will also discuss ways to analyze your discipline data from the previous school year to determine key areas of improvement.
