This training is for novice teachers from districts in the Arch Ford region that participate in the Arch Ford mentoring program. This session will be held via Zoom and is the second day for year 1 novice teachers hired MID YEAR from districts participating in the Arch Ford Mentoring System. Novices will attend a 3-day Academy throughout the 2020-2021 school year. Training includes the following topics: TESS, Domain Study, EdReflect functionality, writing actionable PGP goals, and classroom management. The third day will be held May 11 OR 12. Novices will attend one of these dates. We will monitor the pandemic situation and determine at a later date if the May training will be face-to-face or via Zoom.
Attendance all day for each of the 3 days is expected.
The Zoom link will be shared the day prior to the training.
All components of all TESS domains will be addressed.
