These sessions are designed as work days for Test Coordinators (TCs) at the district and building levels to prepare PAnext for the ACT Aspire Assessments. TCs may participate on-site or off-site. To ensure adherence to safety directives, participants must register using the appropriate on-site or off-site session number. TCs should have available all materials needed to create users, create/update PNPs, and create groups/classes and sessions. These materials may include but are not limited to lists of users who need PAnext access, students enrolled, student testing groups, student accommodations/PNPs, etc. TCs will need to be able to access eSchool and Cognos; a VPN may be necessary for off-site participants. Please note that on-site space may be limited based on each location’s capacity. Each day and session type is listed as a separate session. TCs may attend multiple sessions as needed. Please register for each session you plan to attend. This is not a training, but a series of work sessions. Co-op staff will facilitate on-site attendees for these sessions, but all support will be provided by ADE: DESE, ACT, and Pearson via Zoom.
“To accommodate numbers, participants who are attending off-site are encouraged to join the Zoom as a team whenever safely possible.”This session will be offered 6 times. Once on August 19, and repeated on August 20, 25, 26, September 16, and 17. Each session has its own registration.
