GFESC MENTOR TEACHER TRAINING



Mentors will also be asked to complete certain tasks with their Novice teacher. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  1. Setup/Organize a peer observation 1x a semester for your Novice Teacher

  2. Student Impact Assignment for Novices: help your Novice Teacher to reflect and look at the data collected to determine next steps

**There will be no makeup sessions for Mentor meetings**
