GFESC Pre-K RISE Overview
Literacy begins with oral language and grows from there. This workshop will instruct preschool teachers in the methods applicable to their students to support the RISE initiative. This includes phonemic awareness and phonics as it relates to the alphabetic principle and beginning orthographic mapping. Come hear success stories from preschool teachers around the region who have already begun this process and their students love it!
