This session is part of a two-day virtual conference to provide school and district leaders with professional learning and support with the successful implementation of the PLC at Work? process in an effort to improve achievement and learning experiences for all students. Facilitated by Solution Tree Associates and PLC Master Coaches Joe Cuddemi and Jason Andrews. Joe Cuddemi will focus on how small schools implement the PLC at Work? process in order to improve learning for all of the adults and students. Substantive change requires that we continuously address and examine both the school’s culture and the school’s structures in order to experience continuous improvement.
Learning outcomes for this session include:
Understand the difference between cultural change and technical change
Assess the current reality of the six essential elements of the PLC at Work process at your school/district.
Examine the role and responsibilities of the leadership team for creating and sustaining a shared foundation based on staff consensus.
