This session is the second part of the virtual conference to provide school and district leaders with professional learning and support with the successful implementation of the PLC at Work? process in an effort to improve achievement and learning experiences for all students. Facilitated by Solution Tree Associates and PLC Master Coaches Joe Cuddemi and Jason Andrews. Jason Andrews will focus on providing teams with tools to produce highly effective collaborative teams engaged deeply in the PLC at Work? process. Special attention will be paid to meaningful collaboration for small schools and singletons. Participants will also gain strategies to address buy-in and build ownership of the PLC at Work Process?
