This session is designed for Social Studies teachers who
would like to know more about using reading strategies and writing to learn
strategies in their classroom. This session helps teachers understand some of
the Disciplinary Literacy standards that are required for Social Studies.
This is a virtual session. Zoom links and handouts will be
sent to those who register. Participants are required to keep their cameras on,
as attendance will be monitored throughout the session. In order to receive the
full 6 hours credit, you must attend both days.
