WDMESC: Virtual: 5-8 Deeper Dive into Computer Science



The 5-8 Deeper Dive training will provide activities and resources that will focus on both block-based and text-based coding, while also providing basic cybersecurity training to meet the new CS Standards. Participants will utilize code to create various projects. We will explore coding for Micro:bits (using an online simulator), Turtlestitch, and Scratch to create advanced projects. Though not mandatory, it is recommended that participants have taken the 5-8 Introduction before the session starts. Are you looking for more text-based coding?
