Participants will examine how to foster a culture of access and equity using the Effective Mathematics Teaching
Practices, further explore evidence of the STUDENT Standards for Mathematical Practice, and identify AMBITIOUS
mathematics teaching in remote and hybrid environments.
Additional Information: This will be an interactive virtual session requiring participants to utilize various online tools
during the PD. The session will be conducted via ZOOM and will require a webcam and microphone for active
participation. An agenda including ZOOM links and additional information will be emailed prior to the beginning of the
session. This session is a prerequisite to Revised Going Deeper with Ambitious Teaching.
