This session will provide PE/Health teachers an opportunity to collaborate with peers from across the co-op area. In order for this day to be successful, attendees need to bring units/lesson plans/instruction ideas as well as resources they have used in their classrooms to share.
Agenda items for the day will include the following: Celebrations, Hurdles, Professional Texts that Have Impacted Teaching, Lesson Plan/Unit Sharing (With emphasis of connections to 2021-2022 Arkansas Standards), K-8 Computer Science Connections (If session involves K-8 teachers.), Science of Reading, G.U.I.D.E. for Life Social Emotional Learning Standards, Response to Intervention, Dyslexia, Differentiation-- a. For students who already have the knowledge b. For students who need support TESS, Depth of Knowledge, Self Care Strategies, Providing Instruction Virtually, Other, Reflection on Day, and Next Steps for Continuing the Conversation During 2021-2022 Year.
