NCTM’s Effective Mathematics Teaching Practice #2: Implement tasks that promote reasoning and problem solving is critical for ambitious teaching. In this session, teachers will choose tasks utilizing essential tested skills and DOK levels outlined by the ACT ASPIRE Performance Level Descriptors and Exemplars.
