AFESC--Rising Strong Together - Arch Ford Administrators' Institute, Day 2 - Virtual Session



As we continue our theme of Rising Strong Together, the focus of this session will be on supporting Professional Learning Community implementation in our schools and districts.   PLC Cohort schools from across the region and state will be hosting sessions to tell their journey of becoming a PLC and answer practical questions.  The day will consist of multiple breakout sessions to allow administrators to choose what they need.  Sessions in the morning will be organized by schools to allow participants to choose which schools they want to hear more about.  Afternoon sessions will be focused on specific PLC implementation topics such as Mission/Vision Building, Common Formative Assessments, Response to Intervention, and Building a Strong PLC culture. This is a great opportunity to hear from Arkansas educators who are on the frontlines each day building strong PLC's.  No matter where you are in the PLC journey, you will be able to gain valuable tips from the experts in our own state.

All sessions will be held virtually via Zoom to allow for maximum participation by all administrators.
