This online course teaches how to reduce problem behavior and increase positive, prosocial and communicative behavior. This course teaches about reinforcement, replacement behaviors, data collection, staff training, writing behavior plans, reactive and proactive strategies, and more. The course includes 4 modules with over 30 training videos. The videos are broken into short, actionable steps and all concepts are explained in a user-friendly way. The videos can be watched on-demand at any time. Videos include closed caption versions, audio only, and written transcripts. Downloadable resources are also provided. There are also ready to use templates, handouts, and behaviors tools that work for all ages included. This asynchronus course may be taken at anytime during the window of June 15-September 15. Participants must register by June 1 in order to receive the course code.
