Year 1 novice teachers from districts participating in the Arch Ford Mentoring System will attend a 4-day Academy throughout the 2021-2022 school year. Participants will attend two consecutive days of training in the summer and one day in spring of 2022. Training includes the following topics: TESS, Domain Study, EdReflect functionality, writing actionable PGP goals, and classroom management. Attendance all day for each of the 4 days is expected. This training is reserved for late hires.
