ARESC-Section 504- End of Year Processes and Procedures



The AR Div. of Elem. and Sec. Educ. (DESE) Equity Assistance Center (EAC) will provide a Section 504 professional learning session for district and building-level Section 504 Coordinators. Topics to be covered include preparing for meetings and Section 504 end-of-the-year conferences, evaluating Section 504 plans, and auditing school system Section 504 forms/processes for improvement. Discussion time will be reserved to discuss recent LEA Section 504 concerns, complaints, and successes.
