SCSC - What is Dyscalculia and How Does it Affect Students Learning Early Math Skills?



ABC/EC COOP STAFF Only. This is an awareness session about one of the severest math learning disabilities, Dyscalculia, that occurs as often as Dyslexia in students. We will describe the characteristics of Dyscalculia as they relate to early number sense. Some instructional activities will be discussed that are appropriate for teaching pre-K math concepts.
