NEA - Argument Driven Inquiry

This introductory Argument Driven Inquiry workshop is designed to provide educators and administrators with a foundational understanding of the Argument Driven Inquiry instructional model. Instructors will provide participants with hands-on, learner-centered professional learning experiences that will help develop experience and knowledge needed to feel confident using or supporting the Argument Driven Inquiry process to create meaningful, authentic learning investigations in the classroom. Participants will gain experience with the 8 stages of Argument Driven Inquiry and how they align with the AR K-12 Science Standards as well as the CCSS ELA standards. Participants must participate in online discussions, complete assignments, and provide evidence of application of tools taught in this session.
