NWAESC(2246)---Becoming Trauma-Informed
How does trauma impact student learning and kids’ behavior in school? This 1/2 day session will provide a general overview of what being trauma-sensitive means to many Special Educators as well as help attendees see how trauma impacts learning and behavior. Workshop will include guidance on mistakes to avoid when working with kids impacted by trauma and behavior strategies. Appropriate for all.
