Participants will learn how the Fast ForWord (an evidence-based, adaptive reading and language program) brain-based approach can improve students' cognitive skills and executive functioning. (Ex. Working Memory, Attention, Processing, and Sequencing)
Participants will also explore the K-5 Curriculum folder to become familiar with the new Reading Programs website and the new site created as easy access for teachers.
Participants will also complete 2 hours of a self-selected course(s) from Arkansas Ideas.
This day is scheduled as a professional development makeup day for those of you who are short on hours.
