GREC-Leadership: It's Not for the Faint of Heart
During this session of Instructional Leadership, participants will increase their knowledge in the following areas: Implementation Process (Strategic Planning), Conflict Resolution, and Equity in Education. Participant will deepen their understanding of how to successfully create a strategic plan for implementing initiatives or change within a school. The day will also consist of collaborative interactions focused on conflict resolution strategies. The final piece of the training will be centered on equitable practices and there will be built in collaborative time for participants to plan and discuss next steps.
