LHHS: 10th-12th ELA Team Meetings 1-5
Teachers will evaluate essential standards and the effectiveness of writing proficiency scales used during the 2020 - 2021 school year. Literacy focus - 2020-2021 novel units and lessons will be evaluated and restructured to better suit future students. Writing assessments will be designed and coordinated. ACT And Aspire scores will be used to plan test preparation curriculum for the 2021-2022 school year. Vertically aligning research curriculum which will be a focus for the 2021 - 2022 school year. Teachers will review and revise vertical and horizontal alignment making necessary changes. AP Language and AP Literature courses' most recent exams and grading rubrics will be discussed with plans to better vertically align with PreAP 10 during the 2021-2022 school year.
