This is the first session of 180 Days of Self-Care for Busy Educators. Surviving the season of sacrifice is generally the first quarter of the school year. In this support session we will explore opportunities related to our most physiological needs and explore invitations that help us feel energized and truly alive in order to set up this season for success. A zoom link will be sent to registered participants the morning of the session.
