In this professional development we will delve into the Arkansas Teacher Excellence and Support System which is the evaluation system based on the research of Charlotte Danielson. In this workshop the following will be covered: * review of Arkansas rules regarding TESS * break down individual components of the rubric * conduct and rate video observations *look at artifacts and other data for summative evaluations
