NWAESC(2246)---The Beginning Teacher's Field Guide
Three sessions with Dr. Tina Boogren designed to help NEW teachers establish a solid foundation of the healthy habits and skills needed to thrive in education! The first session on Oct. 4 will address the needs of the Survival Stage of the year; session two on Dec. 16 will address the needs of the Disillusionment Stage; and session three on Feb. 7 will address the needs of the Rejuvenation and Reflection Stages. All teachers will receive a copy of The Beginning Teacher's Field Guide and 180 Days of Self-Care for Busy Educators. All costs are covered by the Recruitment and Retention grant. These sessions count toward 1st year teacher New Teacher Academy requirements.
