SWAEC - Mandatory Screening Checkoffs for Vision, Hearing, Scoliosis, and Obesity Prevention (BMI)
This workshop is the in-person portion of the mandated screening certification for school nurses. Participants are required to have completed the online portion of the hearing, vision, BMI and scoliosis prior to attending this session. They will need to bring their attestation certificate stating they have completed the online trainings, along with their vision screening machine, hearing machine and scoliometer. Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be certified to screen AR students for the mandated hearing, vision, BMI and scoliosis in appropriate grades.
