CPI Training is a nonviolent crisis prevention certification. This certification meets the requirements of Act 1084 in the area of restraining students.
This is 6 hours face to face and a 2 hour online course. PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE THE 2 HOUR ONLINE COURSE PRIOR TO THE TRAINING. You will not be allowed to attend face to face without completing the online course. Once you register, an email will be sent to the email you use as your Username on escWorks. This email will come from CPI. It will have instructions for your online course. The day of the face to face event, you will be provided with CPI Workbook. Please wear comfortable clothes, closed toe shoes, and masks on Nov. We will be practicing
physical restraints.
A minimum of 2 participants per district are required to register. (Each participant must register.) Districts will be billed $40 per participant to cover the cost of materials.
