The Office of ERZs is recruiting, preparing, and supporting candidates to join the Arkansas Tutoring Corps to become qualified K-8 tutors in math and reading. A system will connect the bank of prepared candidates with organizations seeking to utilize their acquired training skills to support student academic needs.
Potential Tutors: All Education Majors (especially Teacher Candidates), English Majors, Math Majors, current / retired teachers are invited to become tutors for the Arkansas Tutoring Corps in order to provide extra assistance in math and reading to our local K-8 grade students. Wages are paid for all training and tutoring sessions. Therefore, this is an opportunity to earn extra income, gain some teaching experience, and help children who could use your talent and passion for teaching.
