NAESC Introduction to Teaching Science in Arkansas: (aka GPS: Introduction to Arkansas K-12 Science Standards)
This introductory session is designed for any K-12 teacher or instructional leader who wants to become familiar with science instruction aligned with the Arkansas K-12 Science Standards. Learn how to interpret the standards for phenomenon-driven, 3-dimensional teaching and learning in the classroom. Most importantly, learn how to make teaching and learning science fun!
Important Session Information:
If your temperature is 100.4 or higher you will not be allowed to enter.
Face masks are required to be worn at all times for participants. (Face masks will NOT be provided by co-op). There will be designated lines/cues in the co-op to ensure social distancing. No snacks, coffee, or candy can be provided, but participants may bring their own. All breaks and lunch will be staggered to reduce traffic flow. Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the co-op.
