SE VIRTUAL Caring for Yourself and Others: A Trauma-Informed Approach to Self-Care for all School Personnel



This training explores self-care and how to support colleagues through a trauma-informed lens. Participants will review self-care and understand its importance in the context of a trauma-informed school. Participants will also be introduced to a framework for self-care for educators and will learn strategies for integrating self-care activities into routines at home and work.
