SE Family & Consumer Sciences Teacher Collaboration Session



This professional development is designed to provide Southeast Arkansas FACS teachers an opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and organize into working groups. We will discuss classroom management, lesson plans, academics (literacy, math, and science), career and technical student organizations, industry certifications, start-up grant applications, new programs of study, stakeholders, labor market data, and technology. Other topics will include FCCLA advising, lesson planning, deadlines, and DCTE Monitoring Reviews and Improvement Plans. Please bring information to share and your laptop!

CTE staff will give updates on new Perkins V mandates and current Perkins procedures and best practices.
