This training meets the 3 hour requirements for new teachers and introduces them to Teacher Excellence Support System (TESS), the law behind its creation, the research upon which it is based, and the rubric by which all teachers will be evaluated this year. Instructor will lead new teachers into a deeper understanding of what will be expected of them and how they can use that information to improve their skills as a teacher and lead their students to greater academic achievement.
This session will be offered twice. Once on February 16, 2022 and repeated on March 29, 2022.
