NWAESC(2095)---Writing Legally Defensible and Effective IEPs
Dr. Christy Smith will use the Endrew F. V. Douglas decision as the foundation of assuring each student's IEP is individualized, data-based, and written with progress monitoring in mind. The SCOTUS decision has far-reaching implications for IEP teams in that each child is entitled to a rigorous instructional program that is designed to meet their unique circumstances.
