Integrating Social Studies into the K-6 Classroom



This PD focuses on the methodology of facilitating K-6 students' development in social studies content and application of language art skills.  Methodology focuses on the integration of curricula and teaching of strategies in social studies/sciences, language arts, and other content areas.  Focus will be given for specific strategies for seamless social studies integration without destracting from what teachers are currently doing.

A $75 FEE WILL BE DUE ON THE DAY OF THE WORKSHOP IF NOT PARTICIPATING IN DMESC PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSORTIUM.
