This multi-day training will introduce you the curriculum
resource written by Illustrative Mathematics Curriculum provided FREE to educators in a digital
format (print versions are available at a cost). This session will assist educators in
understanding the layout of the materials, vertical alignment (K-HS),
differentiation strategies, use of the provided learning targets, provided
assessments, instructional routines, Language routines, and palling and use of
the curriculum.
The training continues with optional follow-up support
during the school year to ease the transition from professional development to
implementation in the classroom with real students. We will customize support
for each school based on your expressed needs for your students. Participants
will register for follow-up support separately.
