Differentiation of core content for gifted learners will be the topic of this 6-hour professional development session. All teachers of mathematics, science, social studies or English are invited to participate. However, teachers formally serving identified gifted students in grades 7-12 as a secondary content option to service GT and who have not been Pre-Advanced Placement or Advanced Placement trained in their content area must attend this entire State required workshop for completion of the training. A certificate of attendance will be provided for documentation of this approved in-service workshop requirement after a lesson plan has been submitted for participants required to take the training.
