ARESC-Secondary Transition Compliance Basics and Best Practices



This NEW three-hour professional learning opportunity incorporates all components of the Indicator 13 Checklist as a cross-reference tool with the Arkansas Individualized Education Program. The session will also allow attendees to consider best practices in secondary transition and resources to encourage the most effective transition plan that will take the student to positive post-school outcomes. Attendees should bring a copy of a transition plan (all identifying information excluded) to review through the session. This session is highly recommended for any professional who is a part of the secondary transition planning process.

Important Session Information:


Participants not under contract with ARESC's Member districts will be charged a fee of $25 per day, or $15 per half day. Payment is required prior to the event session.
